    • Job Description:
    • Design tasks include advanced RFIC and/or A/D converter ICs
    • Multiple positions for project lead engineers and staff engineers
    • Develop innovative circuits in a demanding, but highly creative environment
    • Duties include: circuit design and simulation, layout verification, and prototype test and evaluation
    • Skills and Requirements:
    • Experience developing advanced RFIC and/or mixed signal ICs
    • Extensive knowledge in at least one of the following areas: low phase noise VCOs, PLLs, high speed serial I/O, ADCs, sampling circuits, phase array antennas, mixers
    • Hands-on experience in design, layout and test

  • Title: RFIC Test Engineer
    • Job Description:
    • Responsible for testing of advanced RFIC and A/D converter ICs
    • Manage the test & development laboratory

      • Proactive management of the test laboratory
      • IC Prototype testing and evaluation
    • Skills and Requirements
    • Experience testing RFIC and/or mixed signal ICs, including some of the following: VCOs, PLLs, high speed serial I/O, ADCs, sampling circuits, phase array antennas, mixers
    • Extensive hands-on IC test experience at GHz frequencies, including the following test equipment: phase noise analyzer, wafer probe station, S-parameter tester, sampling oscilloscope, GPIB.
    • Matlab™ skills and UNIX® experience preferred.
    • BSEE or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience
  • Title: PLL Designer
    • Job Description:
    • Design tasks include architecture, design, modeling, simulation, trade-off analysis, and verification of analog PLL circuits – with an emphasis on low phase noise
    • Strong understanding of performance metrics including jitter transfer, phase noise, jitter generation
    • Positions for senior managers, lead engineers and staff engineers
      • Duties Include:
      • Circuit design and simulation
      • Layout verification, and prototype evaluation
    • Skills and Requirements
    • Extensive knowledge in one or more of the following areas: low phase noise VCO, VCXO, high speed serial I/O, programmable clocks, fractional-N, EMI reduction
    • Experience with Cadence IC design tools
    • Experience designing in multiple CMOS process technologies a plus
    • Proven track record of products reaching production
    • BSEE or higher with at least 5 years of PLL design experience
